The 2010 Love Barrow Community Awards will be launched on Thursday 10th Sept 2009. The nomination form is attached above. Access it by clicking on “Nomination form 2010″. Do you know any local heroes who dedicate a lot of their time to help others or their community. If so, please submit a nomination form that is in the link above. It is a very simple form to complete, but please provide as mauch details as possible. You can submit a form annonymously, but it really helps us if you provide your details.
The categories for nomination are as follows:
Carer - Teacher – Citizen – Young Citizen
Sports Volunteer – Courage – Community Group/project
PLEASE if you have previously nominated someone that have not been short listed, try try again! We have had a great response, but pls, if you know someone who deserves an award, nominate them now
