The family of PC Bill Barker who died last November during the Cumbrian floods are inviting everyone to join them in a community vigil to mark one year anniversary of the devastating event.

On Saturday, 20 November a music and memorial tribute event will take place from 5pm until 6pm on Tesco’s car-park near to The River Derwent close to the place where PC Barker lost his life whilst protecting the Cumbrian communities exactly one year to the day.
